Qualification: Dipl. In Civil
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in high rise building finishing works
Key Responsibilities:

- . Execution: Supervise plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
- . Quality Control: Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- . Planning & Progress: Achieve daily and weekly targets as per the project schedule.
- . Manpower Management: Ensure adequate manpower and monitor contractor productivity.
- . Material Management: Ensure timely material availability and control wastage.
- . MEP Coordination: Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and other departments to avoid rework.
- . Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and protection of finished work.
- . Billing & Cost Control: Verify contractor measurements and control unnecessary expenditure.
- . Snag Rectification: Ensure timely closure of defects and pending works.
- . Reporting & Handover: Maintain daily progress reports and complete assigned flats and common areas within the scheduled timeline.
