Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, experience, and candidate expectations.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions across various recruitment platforms.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, skilled networks, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess qualifications, communication, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication skill is must
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening,



and interview coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email communication, and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills, ownership, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and understand different engineering roles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous recruitment experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, IT, or technology organizations.
- Exposure to hiring engineers, software developers, technical specialists, and fresh graduates.
- Experience in campus recruitment and developing recruitment networks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
