We are a growing Digital Agency specializing in Website Design & Development, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social Media Management, and SEO. We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help us scale our outreach and generate high-quality B2B leads.

Role: Your primary objective is to build and execute cold email campaigns targeting businesses that need web development and digital marketing services. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the lead: from list building to inbox placement and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Build targeted email lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Campaign Management: Set up and manage cold email sequences using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist.
- Deliverability:



Ensure high inbox placement rates by managing domain reputation, warming up emails, and rotating SMTPs.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, personalized email copy that speaks to the pain points of businesses needing Web Design, SEO, and Paid Ads.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test subject lines and body copy to improve open and reply rates.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports on leads generated, open rates, and positive replies.

Compensation:

- Competitive Base Pay + Commission per Qualified Lead/Meeting Booked.
- Performance bonuses for high conversion rates.
