Job Description

English Mithra is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Work From Office English Trainers to join our training team at our Kaloor, Ernakulam office. The role involves conducting English training sessions for students through various courses offered by English Mithra.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct English training sessions according to the assigned course and schedule.
- Deliver engaging and effective classes through calling and/or live video sessions.
- Help students improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, communication skills, and overall confidence.
- Follow the course structure and class schedule assigned by the Academic Team.
- Maintain consistency and quality throughout the assigned course.
- Support student retention through effective teaching and professional communication.
- Complete assigned classes within the course duration.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding student progress and course-related matters.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism while conducting classes from the office.

IELTS Commission & Payout Structure

Trainer commission is based on the IELTS course assigned and the number of classes completed.

Important Payment Conditions

- For the 30-day IELTS course,



trainers must complete a minimum of 20 days of live classes to qualify for the specified commission of ₹3,500.
- For the 60-day IELTS course, trainers must complete a minimum of 45 days of live classes to qualify for the specified commission of ₹5,000.
- If a student discontinues the course before the minimum eligibility threshold is reached, the trainer will be paid on a per-class basis for the classes actually completed, according to the applicable course structure.
- Extension commission is applicable as specified above: ₹1,000 per student, based on the student's score.

Important Payment Conditions:

- Payment is based on the applicable IELTS course commission structure.
- If a student discontinues the course, payment will be calculated on a per-class basis for the classes actually completed, according to the applicable course structure.
- Extension commission is applicable as specified in the IELTS commission structure.

Requirements

- Good command of spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging and effective classes.
- Comfortable teaching students through calls and live video sessions.
- Willingness to work from our office at Kaloor, Ernakulam.
- Good knowledge of English teaching methods and IELTS preparation.
- Punctual, responsible, and consistent in completing assigned classes.
- Prior experience in IELTS, Spoken English, Grammar, Interview Training, or English teaching will be an advantage.
