Key Requirements: - Solid expertise in litigation management, including writ petitions before the Bombay High Court and civil recovery matters before lower courts in Mumbai. - Extensive hands-on experience in arbitration and property-related drafting. - Strong practical knowledge of shipping contracts, including BIMCO charter party agreements (CPAs), as well as Hull & Machinery, insurance matters. - HR Responsibilities: Ability to handle HR-related duties in addition to legal responsibilities. - Age Criteria: 24–35 years.
