Job Title: Business Analyst – Accounts & Finance (ERP)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of Accounts & Finance processes and ERP software to understand business requirements, analyse workflows, and coordinate with the technical team to deliver effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyse business requirements related to Accounts & Finance.
- Understand accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, GST, TDS, billing, and financial reporting.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams for feature development, testing, and issue resolution.
- Conduct gap analysis, support UAT, and coordinate with clients for ERP implementation.

Required Skills:





- Knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
- Understanding of ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or similar systems.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in Business Analysis, ERP Functional Consulting, or Finance Software Implementation.

Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or a relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
