About the Role

We are launching a new venture in the last-mile logistics sector and are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven skilled to take ownership of building and scaling the business from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections and experience in business development, client acquisition, and last-mile delivery operations. The role involves acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for someone with a business-owner mindset who can independently lead growth, manage P&L;, and build a profitable and scalable operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients across last-mile logistics, quick commerce, food delivery, and e-commerce sectors.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and secure business partnerships and service contracts.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to establish and scale the new venture.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements to ensure sustainable margins and profitability.




- Take ownership of revenue targets, P&L;, business growth, and overall profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities, expand operations into new locations, and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, or last-mile delivery.
- Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, delivery operations, and the gig economy.
- Established industry connections and the ability to convert relationships into business opportunities.
- Proven ability to acquire clients, negotiate commercial agreements, and generate revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of P&L; management, margins, and unit economics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to build and scale a business from the ground up.
