Job description

- Bookkeeping & Data Entry

Record daily financial transactions in the accounting software.Maintain accurate books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.Prepare and record journal entries and maintain supporting documents.

- Accounts Payable & Receivable

Record customer receipts and monitor outstanding receivables.Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate customer and supplier ledgers.

- Reconciliation & Reporting

Perform bank, cash, customer, and supplier ledger reconciliations.Verify financial transactions and identify discrepancies.Assist in preparing daily, monthly, and periodic financial reports.

- Administrative Support





Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and financial records.Support the Accounts Manager and Senior Accountant in assigned tasks.Perform other accounting-related duties as required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
