About the Role

Ominiflow is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in SaaS / Software Sales and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process.

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting Ominiflow's software solutions, managing leads, conducting product demos, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ominiflow solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and customer requirements.





Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in SaaS / Software / IT Product Sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead conversion.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, product demos, and negotiations.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of CRM and sales tools.
- Candidates with experience selling SaaS products, business software, automation solutions, CRM, WhatsApp API, or similar products will be preferred.
