Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, monitor inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, valuable communication abilities, and experience in handling supermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily supermarket operations.
- Manage staff attendance, work allocation, and performance.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and shelf arrangement.
- Monitor billing operations and ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding stock availability and deliveries.
- Monitor expiry dates, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the store.
- Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and other operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in supermarket or retail store operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or inventory software.
- Ability to manage stock, sales records, and daily reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
