Job Description

Accemberg Technologies is inviting applications for a WordPress Developer Intern to contribute to website development, customization, and e-commerce implementation. The intern will work on WordPress-based projects, plugin integration, custom code implementation, and end-to-end website functionality while gaining practical experience through real-world projects.

Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Work with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom code snippets to implement project requirements.
- Assist in designing and developing functional, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
- Integrate plugins and third-party tools to extend website functionality.
- Support the end-to-end design and integration of e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with payment gateway integration to enable secure online transactions.
- Implement shipping integrations and related e-commerce functionalities.
- Test website features, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver website solutions based on project requirements.

Required Skills

- Familiarity with WordPress website development and customization.
- Understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and their configuration.
- Ability to work with custom code snippets to extend website functionality.
- Understanding of website design, layouts, and responsive development.




- Familiarity with e-commerce website development and integration.
- Basic understanding of payment gateway and shipping integrations.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn current tools and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to project requirements and work collaboratively.

Internship Structure and Benefits

- Initial Probation Period: 1–2 months.
- Stipend: The initial probation period will be unpaid. Following the probation period, interns will be eligible for a performance-based, project-based stipend determined by their performance and contributions.
- Certificate: An official internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship and fulfilment of company requirements.
- Letter of Recommendation: May be provided to interns demonstrating strong performance, commitment, and meaningful contributions to projects.
- Real-World Project Experience: Gain practical experience through website development, plugin integration, e-commerce implementation, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Work Mode: Remote or on-site, as agreed.
