- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Monitor OT equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- Maintain OT records, surgical checklists, and inventory.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology.
- Relevant experience as an OT Technician in a hospital.
- Solid knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT procedures.
- Good communication, teamwork, and emergency-handling skills.
