Job Summary:
We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and coordinate with clients and technical teams to implement ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client business requirements.
- Understand business processes and prepare functional documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and project managers.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and testing.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, and user documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
- Provide training and post-implementation support.
Required Skills:
- Solid communication and analytical skills.
- Understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Odoo, SAP, or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
