Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Color Formulation Executive to join our team at Woodver Coatings Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new color formulations, matching shades, maintaining batch-to-batch color consistency, and ensuring product quality as per customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and optimize color formulations as per product and customer requirements.
- Perform shade matching and ensure batch-to-batch color consistency.
- Conduct color quality checks and troubleshoot shade variations.
- Stay updated on the latest color trends, pigments, and formulation technologies.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and marketing teams to achieve desired results.
- Conduct market research to identify new color trends and development opportunities.
- Interact with clients to understand their color preferences and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of color formulations, test results, and quality parameters.
Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of color theory and shade matching.
- Understanding of paint chemistry, pigments, and formulation techniques.
- Knowledge of color testing and quality control procedures.
