Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and improve audience engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility organically.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns, if required.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.




- Strong written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of content marketing, digital marketing, and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in social media management is preferred.
- Freshers with robust creativity and practical social media knowledge may also apply.

- Quality of content and campaign execution.
- Website traffic and leads generated through social media, where applicable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
