We are looking for motivated candidates to promote gold loan products, acquire recent customers, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in gold loan sales or banking/financial services are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products.
- Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in gold loan sales or financial services preferred.
- Experience with Muthoot Finance,
Manappuram Finance, or other gold loan companies is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered, if eligible for the role.
Qualifications
- Any Degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience in banking, NBFCs, gold loans, or financial services is preferred.
