- Independently handle and manage the entire end-to-end admission process for all UG and PG programmes, from initial student enquiry to final admission and enrolment.
- Take complete ownership of the overall admission function and ensure achievement of annual admission targets.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to improve student enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and enrolments.
- Manage student and parent counselling, course guidance, eligibility verification, and admission confirmation.
- Coordinate with the Principal, HODs, management, and other departments to ensure smooth admission operations.
- Supervise and guide the admission team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor individual and team performance.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns, school outreach programmes, educational fairs, and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure proper verification of application forms, certificates, fee payments, and other admission-related documents.
- Maintain accurate admission records, MIS reports, daily progress reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor programme-wise admission status, identify gaps against targets,



and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with university, government, and institutional admission guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to management on admission progress, challenges, enrolment forecasts, and target achievement.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Any UG degree; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in college admissions, preferably in an Arts & Science college.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete admission function and achieve enrolment targets.
- Robust leadership, student counselling, communication, planning, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, MIS reporting, and admission management systems.
