Description

Purpose of Role: To administer and support HR technology platforms, ensure smooth system operations, maintain data accuracy, enable users, and improve HR processes through effective configuration, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting. . Key Responsibilities 1. Core System Administration & Configuration uKnowva HRMS: Handle day-to-day administration, module setups (Onboarding, Attendance, Leave, Performance Management), resolve user tickets, and maintain accurate employee master data. Phenom (Talent CRM): Manage candidate pipeline workflows, optimize career site landing pages, set up nurture email campaigns, and configure automated chatbot pathways for applicants. Otomeyt Testing: Coordinate pre-employment assessment setups, assign technical and behavioral tests to candidates based on role requisitions, monitor test delivery, and troubleshoot technical glitches. Qualtrics EX: Configure, test, and launch employee lifecycle surveys (Onboarding, Pulse, Annual Engagement, Exit), manage distribution lists, and format raw survey output for analysis. Tableau Dashboards: Refresh, update, and build routine operational HR reports and basic interactive dashboards in Tableau to track metrics like time-to-hire, attrition, and survey response rates. 2. Testing & Quality Assurance (QA) Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all software updates, patches, workflow tweaks, and system integrations across uKnowva, Phenom, Otomeyt, and Qualtrics.



Test API integrations and data syncing between platforms to identify data drops, field mapping errors, or latency issues before live rollout. 3. Operational Support & End-User Enablement Act as the First Point of Contact (Tier 1 & Tier 2 support) for employees, recruiters, and managers facing access issues or platform bugs. Create and update User Guides, SOPs, and short video walkthroughs to train new hires and HR team members on system utilization. Manage vendor support tickets (Phenom, Otomeyt, uKnowva, Qualtrics), tracking them through resolution within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 4. Data Governance & Reporting Perform routine data audits across platforms to ensure data integrity, field consistency, and compliance with data privacy standards. Extract cross-platform reports to support monthly and quarterly HR business reviews.
