About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets, wherever applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.




- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer support experience will be an advantage.
