We are hiring experienced Back Office Executives for a blended Chat & Email support process.
Candidates with solid written communication skills and prior customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
- Chat or Email Support experience is mandatory.
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply with 6 months BPO Experience.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Chat and Email.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customers.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and communication.
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month.
In - hand : 25,500 to 26,000k
Cabs both sides provided within 20km range.
