About the Role

We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Content Creator who will become the face of the company across social media platforms.

The person will be responsible for creating engaging video content, developing scripts, presenting content on camera, and representing the company professionally across four group companies and their respective social-media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face and on-camera representative of the company for social-media content.

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, educational content, and other short-form videos.

Develop creative content ideas and concepts based on each company's products, services, and target audience.

Write scripts, dialogues, hooks, captions, and video concepts for social media content. Present confidently and naturally in front of the camera.

Adapt your communication style and appearance according to the brand and target audience of each company.

Research current social-media trends, viral formats, hooks, and content styles and incorporate relevant trends into company content.

Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to understand campaign requirements and content objectives.

Create content for four different companies, maintaining a separate brand identity and communication style for each.

Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, promotional campaigns, events, and company activities whenever required.

Collaborate with the video editor, graphic designer, digital marketing team, and other departments to complete content.

Review video performance, engagement, reach, and audience response and suggest improvements.





Maintain a regular content calendar and shooting schedule. Ensure all content reflects the company's professional image, values, and brand guidelines.

Be comfortable creating both planned and spontaneous content based on business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

Good command of English ,Hindi Kannada; other languages are an advantage. Strong script-writing and storytelling skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate new content ideas. Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Knowledge of current social-media trends and short-form video formats. Basic understanding of video production and content creation.

Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team. Good personality, confidence, energy, and professional appearance.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social-media content, digital marketing, presenting, anchoring, or a similar role.

Experience creating Reels/Shorts and appearing on camera will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience as a content creator, social-media presenter, host, anchor, influencer, or video presenter are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
