About the Role

V Power Logistics is seeking a result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in lead conversion, business development, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert qualified leads into business opportunities in the logistics and freight brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with qualified hot leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable freight brokerage and logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Conversion.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, freight brokerage, or transportation sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Ability to convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
