* Conduct quality audits of customer interactions across calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp.
* Perform process and compliance audits across Customer Support, Sales, and Operations.
* Review customer feedback and identify process gaps and improvement areas.
* Prepare quality and compliance reports and share audit findings with relevant teams.
* Conduct feedback sessions and support training/coaching based on identified quality gaps.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
