Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles.Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer processing, documentation, and onboarding activities.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Only candidates currently based in Bhubaneswar are eligible.
