Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and well-organised Admission Counsellor to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, counselling parents, explaining school facilities and academic programmes, and guiding families through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries from parents through phone calls, walk-ins, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Guide parents through the admission process, including application forms and required documents.
- Schedule school visits, campus tours, and meetings with parents.




- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Coordinate with teachers, the administration team, and school management to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the school.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, organisational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in school admissions, counselling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
