- Assisting students with systems.
- Installing and upgrades software programs, drivers and peripheral components.
- Ensuring the safety and proper functioning of equipment.
- Keep records of inventory such as paper, toner etc and maintenance records of students log register.
- Responsible for computer hardware maintenance and network connectivity.
- Ensure the required software and digital resources are available before each practical sessions.
