Sourcing Manager – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive customer acquisition and generate quality sales leads for our redeveloped residential projects across Mumbai.

The role will focus on developing new customer channels, building relationships with channel partners, property consultants, brokers and HNI/NRI networks, and creating a strong pipeline of prospective buyers for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and generate qualified leads for residential projects through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants and referral networks.
- Identify new sales channels and opportunities to increase customer reach and project enquiries.
- Drive customer references and network-based lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with channel partners and prospective customers.
- Track lead generation, site visits, bookings and conversion performance.
- Maintain an active database of channel partners and prospective customers.




- Support project-specific sales campaigns, launches, events and promotional activities.
- Achieve defined lead-generation and sales-support targets.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, lead generation or business development.
- Robust network among property brokers, channel partners and real estate consultants in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and capable of independently developing new business channels.
- Experience in selling residential redevelopment projects will be an advantage.
