Bangalore / Calicut Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Senior Executive to join the Finance team in Calicut. The role involves handling end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and timely payments while maintaining compliance with internal financial policies. Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payment execution.
• Validate vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.




• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments as per agreed payment terms.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system.
• Support month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and internal stakeholders for invoice approvals and issue resolution.
• Prepare AP reports, aging analysis, and MIS reports for management review. Required Qualifications
