Summary We are seeking a seasoned SAP PM Consultant to lead and execute complex, end-to-end greenfield implementations within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role demands a professional with 4 to 6 years of specialized experience to drive the full lifecycle of Plant Maintenance solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining business processes, configuring the system to meet precise operational needs, and ensuring seamless integration with related modules such as Materials Management, Production Planning, and Financial Accounting. This position is critical for establishing robust maintenance frameworks that support preventive, corrective, and breakdown strategies, ultimately enhancing organizational efficiency and asset reliability. Responsibilities
• Lead the complete lifecycle of greenfield SAP PM implementations from initial planning through to final deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive task lists, maintenance plans, and structures for equipment and functional locations.
• Manage the creation and processing of maintenance orders and notifications to ensure accurate tracking of all maintenance activities.
• Execute critical project phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration strategies, and cutover planning.




• Provide dedicated support during the go-live period to address immediate issues and ensure business continuity.
• Author detailed functional specifications and serve as the primary liaison for stakeholder management throughout the project.
• Configure the SAP PM module to align with specific business requirements and industry best practices.
• Facilitate seamless integration between SAP PM and other key modules, including MM, PP, and FI/CO, to ensure data consistency.
• Design and implement strategies for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to optimize asset performance. Requirements

Requirements:
• Possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM functional consulting.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in end-to-end greenfield implementation projects.
• Show strong proficiency in SAP PM configuration, including the setup of task lists, maintenance plans, and equipment hierarchies.
• Have practical experience with data migration activities, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of system integration points with SAP MM, PP, and FI/CO.
• Be capable of drafting precise functional specifications and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Understand the nuances of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance workflows.
• Display the ability to handle maintenance orders and notifications within a complex ERP workplace.
