Main Accountabilities

Qualifications & Experience

. CA with 1-2 years of experience in Business Accounting / FP&A; / MIS
. Strong understanding of P&L;, financial reporting, and analysis
. Strong understanding of asset quality (GNPA), credit cost, and lending products
. Solid Excel and analytical skills
. Exposure to dashboarding tools (good to have)

Key Decisions taken

. Identification and escalation of variance drivers and inconsistencies
. Selection of appropriate data sources for reporting and analysis
. Prioritization of reporting tasks based on timelines and requirements
. Highlighting discrepancies in Asset quality, Credit costs, Margins and other key performance metrics

1. Budgeting & Performance Tracking Support

. Support preparation of annual budgets for margins, AQ & credit cost and balance sheet analysis
. Track monthly/quarterly rolling estimates and performance metrics
. Highlight key deviations and assist in performance analysis

2. Asset Quality & Credit Cost Analysis Support

. Track and analyze GNPA, standard asset movement, and credit cost trends
. Support preparation of asset quality MIS and dashboards
. Assist in assessing impact of asset quality on business performance

Monthly P&L;

. Preparation monthly P&Ls; for different SBUs and Products.



Analyse the reasons for variance against budget

3. Margin Analytics

. Prepare the necessary break down of Margins and and it's components to understand and analyse the reasons for variance
. Analyse the trend and prepare the waterfall for Consol, entities as well as SBUs

. Liason with the SBU SPOCs for the timely assimilation of information required for presenting the analysis

4. Cost allocation cycles

. Assist in preparation of allocations of cost of shared services, identifying and collating the key drivers for the allocation of costs
. Assist in presenting the analysis justifying the cost allocations across verticals as well as products/segments

. Ensure timeliness, accuracy as well as consistency in reporting across SBUs

5. Management Reporting Support (Investor Presentations / ACM / MIS Decks)

. Assist in preparation of IP / Board / ACM decks and management presentations
. Collate and present the key data points required for Investor calls such as ATS, ACL, GECL, IRR, and portfolio metrics
. Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs

6. Business Accounting & Process Support

. Support processes related to daily and monthly book closure, AUM reporting, average book, disbursals, IRRs etc.

. Validate financial data across systems and reports
. Assist in ensuring alignment of reporting across business units
