- About the Role
- We are looking for a Golang Engineer to design develop and maintain scalable reliable and high performance
- backend products and services
- The role works across the software development lifecycle and collaborates with
- product engineering and DevOps teams in a product focused Scrum environment
- The technology landscape
- includes Golang Google Spanner REST APIs microservices Kafka Pub Sub Kubernetes and GCP with monitoring
- and engineering tools such as Datadog Postman K6 and SonarQube
- Roles Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain product features and backend services using Golang
- Design and optimize database structures SQL queries and data integrity using Google Spanner
- Develop and support REST APIs and microservices with focus on availability reliability and performance
- Implement monitoring logging and analytics for service usage performance and system health
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation CI CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Support production troubleshooting technical documentation estimation and knowledge sharing
- Work in a product focused Scrum team against a product owner driven roadmap
- Apply LLM and agentic workflow practices within the SDLC
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 3 years as a Backend Developer including 1 year as a Golang Developer
- Strong database SQL knowledge REST API principles and microservices architecture
- Experience with high load high uptime production services and Docker Kubernetes cloud native technologies
- Understanding of Agile Scrum QA processes LLMs and agentic workflows
