About the Company

A Big-4-style qualified-services firm is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an IT Auditor for its ITGC and SOX advisory practice. You will run audit engagements for clients across geographies, moving between IT controls testing and the reporting that goes to their audit committees. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an IT Auditor, you will lead ITGC and SOX testing on client engagements end to end, from planning and fieldwork through to a report the client's audit committee can rely on.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution & Client Engagements

- Plan and scope ITGC and SOX audit engagements based on the client's control environment
- Execute testing of access, change management and IT operations controls across client systems
- Interview client IT and business owners to walk through processes and gather evidence

Quality, Documentation & Advisory

- Prepare workpapers that meet the firm's quality-review and documentation standards




- Write findings and management letters that clients can act on without a second meeting
- Support senior team members on client presentations and audit-committee reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in IT audit, internal audit or external audit, ideally within a professional-services or consulting environment
- Solid grounding in ITGC, SOX and COSO or COBIT control frameworks
- Comfort managing multiple client engagements and deadlines at once
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- CISA, CIA or CPA (or active pursuit of one)
- Prior experience at a Big-4 or large audit and assurance firm
- A degree in accounting, information systems or computer science
