Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with robust skills in ad creative strategy, copywriting, audience targeting, and campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Research target audiences, industries, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and campaign messaging.
- Coordinate with the creative team or design ad creatives independently.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels,



and campaign analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Work toward lead generation and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Strong ad copywriting and creative strategy skills.
- Understanding of audience research, retargeting, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
