Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to support a mix of Healthcare, Administrative, Non-IT, and IT staffing requirements across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on healthcare (non Clinical) and non-IT positions while being comfortable handling occasional IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US-based contract and permanent positions.
- Work on a variety of roles including:
- Healthcare Billing & Collections
- Claims Examiner / Claims Processor
- Credentialing Coordinator
- Patient Financial Representative
- Patient Access Representative
- Medical Records Specialist
- Administrative / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Data Entry Specialist
- Power BI Developer and other IT roles as assigned
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting updates.
- Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific submission requirements and recruiting processes.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting for Healthcare and Non-IT positions.
- Exposure to IT recruitment is Required.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
