Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves marketing bench candidates to clients and vendors, identifying suitable opportunities, and negotiating rates and terms. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment and sales cycle, including understanding candidate profiles, submitting resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up on feedback. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, expanding the vendor network, tracking candidate status, and updating internal systems and reports.



The role also requires regular communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales skills focused on IT consulting and staffing.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should possess Account Management and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client and vendor networks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction, negotiation, and candidate engagement.
- Experience in US IT staffing, bench sales, or technical recruitment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requirements, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks for candidate and client outreach.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.
