We are seeking a agile Sales and Export Sales Executive to join our FIBC/Jumbo Bag manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating both domestic and export business, developing relationships with FIBC manufacturers and industrial buyers, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order execution. Key responsibilities include generating domestic and export enquiries for FIBC bags, jumbo bags, and PP woven packaging products, as well as developing new customers and maintaining relationships with FIBC manufacturers, importers, distributors, and industrial buyers. The candidate will identify business opportunities through field visits, LinkedIn, B2B portals, industry networks, and trade exhibitions. Understanding customer requirements, including bag dimensions, fabric specifications, SWL, safety factor, liners, printing, and bag construction is essential. The role also involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, and following up on enquiries, samples, and orders. Coordination with production and quality teams to ensure specifications, sample approvals,



and timely deliveries is crucial. Additionally, the candidate will manage export documentation and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and customs agents. Following up on outstanding payments and resolving customer complaints in coordination with internal teams is also part of the role. The candidate should maintain enquiry trackers, customer databases, sales forecasts, and regular sales reports while achieving assigned sales, profitability, and collection targets. Required skills include a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field, with relevant industry experience considered. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills are essential, along with a working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools. A willingness to travel for client visits and business development is required.
