We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive (Payable) to join our finance team in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage vendor invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice processing. Key Responsibilities include handling day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, verifying and processing supplier invoices and bills accurately, and matching invoices with purchase orders (POs) and goods receipt notes (GRNs). The Accounts Executive will also verify applicable GST and TDS deductions, prepare vendor payment schedules, and ensure timely payment processing. Additionally, the role involves performing vendor statement reconciliations, maintaining vendor ledgers, assisting with bank reconciliations, and preparing accounts payable reports to support MIS reporting. The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors, procurement, stores,



and finance teams to resolve invoice and payment queries while maintaining proper documentation for internal and external audits. Compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements is essential. Required skills include a strong understanding of Accounts Payable and invoice processing, practical knowledge of GST and TDS, experience in vendor reconciliation and payment processing, and proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and PivotTables. Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle Financials is also important. The candidate should possess good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication and coordination abilities. Educational qualifications include a B.Com in Commerce or Accounting, with M.Com, BBA Finance, or MBA Finance also being considered. Relevant accounting certifications such as Tally or GST are advantageous.
