Role Objective :
To acquire and develop HNI/UHNI clients, build a strong client book and grow AUM (Assets Under Management) by offering suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through various channels.
Build and grow the client book and AUM on a consistent basis.
Generate business through:
Client referrals
Professional networking
Personal and professional contacts
Previous client relationships/base
Market references and open-market acquisition
Understand clients financial goals, investment requirements and risk profiles.
Develop long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and increase wallet share.
Cross-sell and up-sell suitable investment and wealth management products.
Regularly follow up with prospects and convert them into clients.
Achieve monthly and annual acquisition, revenue and AUM targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of service.
Product Knowledge :
The candidate should have good understanding of:
Mutual Funds (MF)
Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
Stocks / Equities
Bonds / NCDs
Fixed Deposits (FDs)
Unlisted / Pre-IPO Assets
Other suitable wealth management and investment products
Candidate Profile :
Experience in wealth management / private wealth / financial services.
Proven ability to acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients.
Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
Existing client network or ability to develop a robust HNI/UHNI network will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on AUM and revenue acquisition.
