The team: A GenAI team building AI products end-to-end for the firm's Human Capital function with engineers owning problems from idea to production.

The role: A builder and a people leader — someone who is genuinely hands-on with GenAI engineering and has also managed and grown an engineering team.

Must-haves:

1. Genuine software-development background — a real software or ML-engineering career (writes and ships production code: services, APIs, backends, systems). Python mandatory.
2. Hands-on GenAI building in production — demonstrable in actual project work, not just a skills list:

- RAG pipelines
- Agentic systems — MCP, LangGraph/LangChain, multi-agent orchestration
- LLM evaluation — eval frameworks, guardrails,



quality/release gates (a key differentiator; please prioritize candidates who show this)

1. Genuine people leadership — has managed engineers and/or built or scaled a team, with real headcount ownership (hiring, mentoring, performance). A lead or architect title alone does not qualify.
2. Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore only.

Preferred (nice-to-have, never a substitute for the must-haves):

- Human-Capital / people / HR-tech domain exposure
- Contemporary AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
- Regulated / enterprise-scale production experience
