Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR Talent Acquisition Consultant with a solid background in private banking, wealth management, and financial services recruitment. In this short-term engagement, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-performing Relationship Managers (RMs) who specialize in Fixed Income, Wealth, and Investment products.

Your primary focus will be sourcing, vetting, and pipeline-building to ensure we acquire top-tier sales and relationship talent capable of driving key financial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Targeted Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and engage high-performing Relationship Managers with proven track records in selling Fixed Income instruments (bonds, NCDs, structured products) and broader wealth management services.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust talent pipeline of active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and industry channels.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary interview screenings to evaluate candidates product knowledge, client network strength, AUM (Assets Under Management) handling, regulatory compliance awareness, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to schedule technical interviews, collect feedback,



and align candidate profiles with specific business needs.
- Offer Management & Closing: Assist in offer negotiation, candidate engagement post-offer, and ensuring seamless onboarding transitions within tight timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Niche Experience: 4+ years of specialized recruitment/HR experience focused on hiring Relationship Managers across Wealth Management, Private Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Advisory firms.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products, specifically Fixed Income (Corporate Bonds, Government Securities, Debt Funds) as well as Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Structured Products.
- Sourcing Capability: Proven success using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, financial networks) to attract top talent.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to assess sales talent and pitch career opportunities effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup and meet fast-paced hiring targets over a 2-month contract window.

Contract & Engagement Details

- Duration: 2 Months (Contract / Independent Freelancer Basis)
- Working Hours: Flexible / Deliverable-driven (Alignment needed for candidate interviews and business update syncs)
- Compensation: Competitive Monthly Retainer or Performance-linked Deliverable Rate (Commensurate with experience)
