Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development to drive client acquisition, generate leads, and grow business across Gurugram and Delhi NCR. Candidates with experience in co-working, commercial real estate, brokerage, managed offices, or hospitality will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.

Drive B2B and B2C sales to achieve business targets.

Build relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions.

Conduct client meetings and workspace site visits.

Handle sales follow-ups, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.

Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.





Identify new business opportunities across Delhi NCR.

Candidate Requirements

2–8 years of experience in sales or business development.

Robust B2B and B2C sales experience is essential.

Experience in coworking, commercial real estate, brokerage, or hospitality preferred.

Excellent English communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Graduate in any relevant discipline preferred.
