Job Description: HR Recruiter – IT Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with IT hiring experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions across different levels.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and support offer negotiation and closure.





Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.

Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong focus on IT hiring.

Experience recruiting IT professionals such as Software Developers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and other technical profiles.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

Strong candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet recruitment deadlines.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Prior experience working with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred.
