Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel prospective students and working professionals via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Analyze candidates educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend the right university programs.
* Follow a consultative sales approach and resolve candidate queries with confidence.
* Manage end-to-end sales pipelines and consistently convert qualified leads into enrolments.
* Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
What We Are Looking For:
* Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and structured sales workflows.
* Solid target orientation and self-driven attitude.
