Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecounselor/Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will reach out to clients, provide information and support, and guide them through services or products by telephone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing clients to provide information, support, or services.
- Handle inbound calls, address client inquiries and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Counsel clients on available options, services, or products, ensuring they understand them clearly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and outcomes.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Identify client needs and help them navigate available resources or solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.

Qualifications





- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, patience, basic computer proficiency, and data entry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or a degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, or communications) is a plus.
- Attributes: Compassionate, patient, resilient, professional, reliable, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
