We are looking for an AI Engineer who will play a foundational role in building AI-driven capabilities within our product ecosystem. This role requires someone who can work independently, take end-to-end ownership, and translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to introduce AI features that create real business value.
Responsibilities :
- Deeply understands LLM Capabilities and limitations
- Architect multi-step Agentic systems that reason and not just generate
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
pipelines and AI-powered workflows.
- Build evaluation infrastructure to know when things work
- Ship production code with proper observability, error handling, and reliability
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ ML solutions aligned with product goals
- Identify use cases for AI within existing products and workflows
- Work with structured and unstructured data to derive insights
- Integrate AI models into production systems (APIs, services)
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
- Define AI best practices, documentation, and standards for the organization
- Guide developers on AI adoption and implementation
