Department: MIS / Operations About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Excel skills and experience in preparing reports, managing data, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to employee stocks, ESOPs, equity management, or employee shareholding records. Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Work extensively with MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and data validation. Collect, consolidate, analyse, and verify data from multiple sources. Maintain accurate employee stockholding, ESOP, equity allocation, or shareholding records, wherever applicable. Track employee stock options, vesting schedules, allocations, exercises, and related data, based on the company's requirements. Perform data reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy. Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports to support management decision-making. Maintain proper documentation, records,



and confidentiality of sensitive employee and equity-related information. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other teams for data collection, verification, and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a related role. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheet-based reporting. Practical experience with Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, conditional formatting, and data cleaning. Exposure to ESOPs, employee stock ownership, equity administration, shareholding records, or stock-related operations. Solid analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidates Candidates with experience in ESOP administration, equity operations, employee shareholding management, cap table maintenance, or stock option tracking will be preferred. Note: Knowledge of stock-market trading is not mandatory. The focus is on managing and maintaining company equity, employee stock, or ESOP-related records. Compensation Up to 6 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
