Role at a glance

• Role: Digital Marketing Executive

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Location: Hyderabad

• Experience: 1–3 years (internships and live campaign projects count)

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month + performance incentives

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Run and optimise Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram

• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding and audience segments

• Track CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS and acquisition cost

• A/B test creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages

• Create social posts, ad creatives, captions and reel scripts (Canva, CapCut)

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar





• Run retargeting and support landing-page conversion improvements

Skills we're looking for

• Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience

• Content creation for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Canva, CapCut and basic analytics (GA4)

• Data-driven mindset and ownership of results

• Share campaign samples or results if you have them
