We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to generate leads and pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding) to B2B clients. Freshers and early-career professionals are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Pitch digital marketing solutions and share quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in the CRM or tracking sheets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM, Google Ads).
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
