Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Visual Designer (Marketing) who can manage end-to-end video production, photography, advanced video editing, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design. The candidate should be able to conceptualize creative ideas and translate marketing briefs into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end video production, including conceptualization, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
2. Handle videography, camera operations, framing, angles, and camera settings.
3. Perform product, fashion, lifestyle, and campaign photography.
4. Create advanced video edits using rapid cuts, transitions, cinematic editing, pacing, and storytelling.
5. Develop motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, illustrations, and kinetic typography.
6. Create store branding, AI imagery, reels, carousels, advertising creatives, and campaign designs.
7. Develop original creative concepts and translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
8. Handle sound design, audio mixing, sound effects, masking,



compositing, and visual effects.
9. Perform post-production activities, including color grading, photo retouching, visual enhancement, and final exports.
10. Create trend-driven reels and campaign videos.

Required Skills and Software

Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Lightroom

Knowledge of Blender is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in creative visual design, video production, photography, video editing, motion graphics, and marketing content creation.

Candidates with hands-on experience across shooting, editing, graphic design, and post-production are preferred.
