We're building AI agents that conduct voice and video interviews with candidates — and we're looking for a freelancer/contractor to build the first version.
The project (Phase 1):
Build AI voice interview agents and AI video interview agents that can:
→ Ask a defined set of interview questions
→ Hold a natural, real-time conversation with the candidate
→ Record/transcribe responses and return structured results
This is a standalone system we integrate via API — you build and own the agent service; we consume it. You won't need access to our main codebase.
You should have:
→ Proven experience building voice AI / conversational agents (real-time speech-to-text, TTS, turn-taking)
→ Experience with video interview or avatar/agent tech is a big plus
→ Ability to deliver a clean, documented API with examples
Nice to have:
→ Experience with real-time media (WebRTC, LiveKit, Twilio, etc.)
→ Prior work on interview, recruiting, or HR-tech products
